Is the facilitator qualified?

Yes!  THH founder, Skye Hadley, has over 25 years experience with horses.  She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and over 15 years experience working in healthcare and management.  She is a qualified pilates instructor with a special interest in mindfulness and incorporating the principles of the mind/body connection into everyday life for both physical and mental health.  She has also studied equine assisted learning through The Equine Psychotherapy Institute and sees the value in combining the benefits of pilates, mindfulness and horses!  She is currently undertaking further studies in Positive Psychology which she will be incorporating into upcoming lessons and programs.

What happens if the weather is bad?

There are somethings that we cannot control and the weather is one of them! In the event of disruptive weather, you will be contacted by The Happiness Herd and have the opportunity to reschedule or be refunded the full cost.

What is your refund policy?

We accept cancellations with >24hours notice. Failing to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the full booking fee.

Where are you located?

On 25 acres, In Chevallum on The beautiful Sunshine Coast! 

Are the horses well cared for?

Absolutely!  We pride ourselves on our gentle & ethical approach to horsemanship and provide our little herd of horses with everything they need to be happy, healthy and willing participants.
